Hey guys so I recently visited Ibis Hotel to try out their restaurant- Spiceit. It is a fine dine restaurant perfect for a quite and relaxing meal. Completely different from usual cafe or restaurants. You can enjoy  your meal with family, friends and even with acquaintance.

About Ibis hotel

Ibis Hotel is a International hotel company founded in 1974 and owned by Accorhotels. I would love to plan a staycation in near future.

About Spice it

It is newly designed restaurant located in Ibis hotel Gurgaon.

Talking about the Ambience

Whenever we enter a restaurant the most important thing is it’s ambience. Spice it nailed every single Detail when it comes to the seating and decorations. Really like the pop of orange color and a master wall with huge spoons, filled with spices and veggies.  They also have an outdoor seating area which is perfect for a dinner in open sky.

Food at Spiceit

The menu card itself is so quirky, I completely loved it. As the restaurant is named “Spiceit” theirs a little twist in each dish. For soup and salad I tried Caeser salad and  Tibetan thupka. Salad not being my favorite but I loved the classic Tibetan soup with noodles. It’s a perfect start for a perfect meal.

Then I tried tandoori Momo’s, with broccoli sauteed in spices, really loved it. But my favorite was phulka soft tacos. You have to try this amazing recepie of kidney beans with yellow cheddar in a soft chapati.

Burger being my favorite I have to try spice it spinach and mushroom burger. I never thought something with spinach can be so delicious.

For main course we tried out penne pasta in Thai curry. This can be perfect break from usual pesto pasta. The coconut milk and coconut shreds in Thai curry gives a completely unique taste.

Then the most amazingly presented kadhi chawal were served. Love the tangy flavour of curry with Indian spices.

With all these scrumptious dishes the only thing I didn’t like was their shake. I tried the choco chip shake it was too liquidy and didn’t really feel it. This one needs improvement.

For desserts we had parle-G cheese cake with Rabri and rasmalai Panna cotta, both the desserts are interesting.

All in I loved the new decor, their service and food. Only thing that I didn’t like much was shake.

I would totally recommend you guys to check out their fine dine when you are traveling to Gurgaon.

If you visit their let me know what you like the most.

Thanks for reading. Bye.
